Michael is an alumnus of Fuller Theological Seminary, where he obtained a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies and Theology. Michael is an ordained Pentecostal Pastor. He was also the Executive Director of Love in the Name of Christ (Love INC) of Northeast San Gabriel Valley. Michael also runs Magic Seven Promotions, which oversees the development of RRG's social enterprises, as Chief Managing Director.
Michael's primary business specialties include planning, fundraising, and organization. His clients and colleagues have been known to state that he is one of those singular people who have a real knack for organizing, and one of them has said Michael can probably "build anything from a book-of-the-month club to a special interest movement." Michael has rescued a distressed corporation, built a new church from scratch, and organized more than a dozen outreach programs.
Among his favorite pastimes, Michael plays lead electric guitar. He has been a member of multiple bands. He likes reading history, target shooting and kick boxing, and was a rifleman in the United States Marines.

Serina Campos is currently a full-time student at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. She will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Business Marketing. During her time with RRG, Serina has engaged in corporate planning, grant writing, event coordination, and marketing strategies.
Executive Assistant to the President
Reuel is one of the original founding members of RRG. He is also the Program Director of "Every Man's Pantry," RRG's food distribution program. Reuel was an urban/regional planner who worked for the planning divisions of the city of Pasadena, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of the city of Los Angeles, and the LA County's Community Development Commission (CDC). Reuel earned a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
Reuel lives in the city of San Gabriel with his wife Kathy. He has a son, Chuck, who is a firefighter in New York City and two daughters, Celianne and Chloe, who are both concert musicians.
Reuel "Chip" Aquino
Joshua is a former colonel in the Philippine Marine Corps. He has triple Master of Science degrees in Government Management from the University of Manila, Development Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines. Joshua is a pharmacist by trade and was an enlisted soldier and non-commissioned officer in the United States Army.
He resides with his wife, Joan Edilyn, in Los Angeles.
Armando "Ding" Lapus is one of the original founding members of RRG. He is the Event Coordinator for "Under the Tree," RRG's annual community resource fair. Armando was a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Dynasty in Temple City. He has also been affiliated with the Filipino Caucus, the National Association of Filipino American United Methodists, and Rotary Club.
Armando currently resides with his wife, Naila, in the city of West Covina.
Armando "Ding" Lapus
Terry Gubatan graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor Science in Business Administration. He is the Senior Business Development Load Officer for the City of Los Angeles Business Source since 2012, operated by the Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation. Terry has been in the financial arena since 2002, but today Terry's primary role is to provide loan packaging and business consulting to small business clients. who need access to micro loans as well as small business loans. His toolbox of lenders also includes sources of funds from community organizations, nonprofit loan products, alternative lenders such as factoring, purchase order financing, merchant financing, lease with an option to buy, equipment, cash flow lending, and more. Terry's ultimate goal is lending to create jobs in an under-served community.
Terry is married to his high school sweetheart, Dianne. He has two adult kids, Gwen - who is graduating from Cal State University, Fullerton c/o 2019 in Kinesiology, and stepdaughter, Danielle - who is pursuing her Nursing degree. Terry has three grandchildren - Maddison (11), Everett (6), and Brooklyn (5).
