Michael is an alumnus of Fuller Theological Seminary, where he obtained a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies and Theology. Michael is an ordained Pentecostal Pastor. He was also the Executive Director of Love in the Name of Christ (Love INC) of Northeast San Gabriel Valley. Michael also runs Magic Seven Promotions, which oversees the development of RRG's social enterprises, as Chief Managing Director.
Michael's primary business specialties include planning, fundraising, and organization. His clients and colleagues have been known to state that he is one of those singular people who have a real knack for organizing, and one of them has said Michael can probably "build anything from a book-of-the-month club to a special interest movement." Michael has rescued a distressed corporation, built a new church from scratch, and organized more than a dozen outreach programs.
Among his favorite pastimes, Michael plays lead electric guitar. He has been a member of multiple bands. He likes reading history, target shooting and kick boxing, and was a rifleman in the United States Marines.
